These diodes utilize a glass-passivated chip junction for high frequency applications and offer high forward surge capability. They are designed for use in high-frequency rectification for power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes in consumer and telecommunication equipment. The diodes meet MSL level 1 standards.
