The DTA024E series are PNP digital transistors with built-in bias resistors (R1 = R2 = 22k). These transistors are designed to simplify circuit design by enabling the configuration of an inverter circuit without external input resistors. Ideal for applications requiring easy on/off condition setting, they are suitable for inverters, interfaces, and driver circuits. Complementary NPN types are available in the DTC024E series.
