Product Overview

The PBSS304PX is a 60V PNP low saturation medium power transistor designed for high-performance applications. It features a high continuous current capability of -4.3A and a low equivalent on-resistance of 32m (RSAT). With a low saturation voltage of VCE(sat) < -65mV @ IC = -1A and specified hFE up to -10A for high current gain hold-up, this transistor offers excellent efficiency and performance. It is a complementary NPN type to the PBSS304NX. The device is Lead-Free, RoHS compliant, Halogen and Antimony Free, and designated as a "Green" Device. It is also PPAP capable. Typical applications include emergency lighting circuits, motor driving (including DC fans), backlight inverters, power switches, and gate driving MOSFETs and IGBTs.
