The SEMTECH ZM4727...ZM4761 series are Silicon Planar Power Zener Diodes designed for stabilizing and clipping circuits. These diodes offer a high power rating and are available with standard voltage tolerance of 10%. Suffixes "A" and "B" denote 5% and 2% tolerance respectively, with other tolerances available upon request. These diodes are also offered in a DO-41 case under the type designation 1N4727...1N4761.
