They feature low reverse leakage, high forward surge capability, and are guaranteed for high-temperature soldering. These rectifiers are compliant with RoHS standards, with an option for halogen-free products indicated by the suffix "-F". The DO-214AA molded plastic package is UL 94V-0 flame retardant.
