The MUR305S thru MUR360S series are Ultra-Fast Recovery Rectifier Diodes featuring a low profile package ideal for automated placement. They utilize a glass-passivated chip junction for enhanced performance and offer super fast reverse recovery time and high forward surge capability. These diodes meet MSL level 1 per J-STD-0020 with a maximum peak reflow temperature of 260C.
