The AIM5D10B060M1 and AIM5D10B060M1S are Dual-In-Line Package Intelligent Power Modules designed for low power motor drive applications. These modules feature a 3-phase inverter with Trench Shielded Planar Gate IGBTs, integrated HVIC drivers, and built-in bootstrap diodes with current limiting resistors. They offer comprehensive protection features including control supply under-voltage lockout (UVLO), over-temperature protection (OT), and short-circuit current protection (CSC), with a fault out signal (VFO) for all fault conditions. The wide input interface and Schmitt trigger receiver circuit ensure robust control signal handling. These modules are ideal for AC 100-240Vrms class low power motor drives found in appliances like refrigerators, dishwashers, fan motors, washing machines, and air conditioners.
