Product Overview
The AOZ5039QI is a high-efficiency synchronous buck power stage module designed for demanding applications. It integrates two asymmetrical MOSFETs and a driver, with each MOSFET optimized for its role in the synchronous buck configuration. The high-side MOSFET is engineered for fast switching at low duty cycles, while the low-side MOSFET offers ultra-low ON resistance to minimize conduction losses. Housed in a compact 5mm x 5mm QFN package, it minimizes parasitic inductance for reduced EMI.
