The AOZ5039QI is a high-efficiency synchronous buck power stage module designed for demanding applications. It integrates two asymmetrical MOSFETs and a driver, with each MOSFET optimized for its role in the synchronous buck configuration. The high-side MOSFET is engineered for fast switching at low duty cycles, while the low-side MOSFET offers ultra-low ON resistance to minimize conduction losses. Housed in a compact 5mm x 5mm QFN package, it minimizes parasitic inductance for reduced EMI. The AOZ5039QI supports TTL and Tri-state compatibility via PWM and FCCM inputs, offering features like an integrated bootstrap diode, diode emulation mode for asynchronous operation, and an optimized pin-out for low-inductance routing.
