Product Overview
The AOZ5038QI is a high-efficiency synchronous buck DrMOS power module designed for demanding applications. It integrates two asymmetrical MOSFETs and a driver in a compact 5mm x 5mm QFN package, minimizing parasitic inductance for reduced EMI. Optimized for fast switching and low conduction losses, it supports continuous output currents up to 50A and peak currents up to 60A. The module offers versatile control through PWM and FCCM inputs, supporting TTL and Tri-state compatibility, diode emulation, and continuous conduction mode. Key features include an integrated bootstrap diode, under-voltage lockout protection, and a switching frequency up to 2MHz.
