Product Overview
The AOZ5273QI is a high-current, high-performance Smart Power Stage (SPS) designed for DC-DC converters. It integrates two asymmetrical MOSFETs and a driver, offering an output voltage signal (IMON) for real-time current monitoring with a gain of 5mV/A, eliminating the need for external temperature compensation in multiphase systems. The device also features an accurate module temperature monitor (TMON) with a gain of 8mV/C. Optimized for synchronous buck configurations, the High-Side (HS) MOSFET is designed for low capacitance and gate charge for fast switching, while the Low-Side (LS) MOSFET offers ultra-low ON resistance for minimal conduction loss. The compact 5mm x 6mm QFN package minimizes parasitic inductance for reduced EMI. Applications include server systems, high-end CPU/GPU power stages, and communications infrastructure.
