Product Overview
The AOZ5537QI is a high-efficiency synchronous buck power stage module featuring two asymmetrical MOSFETs and an integrated driver. Optimized for synchronous buck configurations, it offers fast switching with low duty cycle operation and minimizes conduction loss through an ultra-low ON-resistance Low-Side MOSFET. Its compact 5mm x 5mm QFN package is designed to minimize parasitic inductance for reduced EMI. The module supports TTL and Tri-state compatibility via PWM and/or FCCM inputs for precise power MOSFET switching control. Key features include an integrated bootstrap switch, diode emulation mode for asynchronous operation, and an optimized pin-out for low parasitics. It is suitable for applications such as servers, notebook computers, VRMs for motherboards, point-of-load DC/DC converters, memory and graphic cards, and video gaming consoles.
