Featuring a VDS of 60V and ID of 0.35A, it offers low on-state resistance (RDS(ON) TYP 1.5 @VGS=10V, TYP 1.7 @VGS=4.5V) and very fast switching speeds. Its logic-level compatibility and Trench MOSFET technology, combined with ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection exceeding 2kV HBM, make it suitable for relay drivers, high-speed line drivers, low-side load switches, and general switching circuits.
