Product Overview

This series of Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS diodes) is designed for surface-mounted applications, offering a low-profile package to optimize board space. Featuring glass-passivated junctions and low inductance, these devices provide excellent clamping capability and a fast response time. They are rated for 400W peak pulse power at a 10/1000s waveform and exhibit typical reverse leakage less than 1A above 10V. The plastic package is UL 94V-0 flammability rated and meets MSL level 1 per J-STD-020. These TVS diodes comply with IEC61000-4-2 ESD specifications (30KV Air, 30KV contact). Applications include I/O interfaces, AC/DC power supplies, and low-frequency signal transmission lines.
