This is a series of surface mount general-purpose silicon rectifiers designed for a wide range of applications. Featuring a molded plastic body over a passivated chip, these devices offer a reverse voltage range from 50 to 1000 Volts and a forward current of 0.7 Ampere. Key advantages include metallurgically bonded construction, high temperature soldering capabilities (guaranteed up to 260 C/10 seconds), and low reverse leakage. Ideal for surface mounted applications, these rectifiers are suitable for single-phase half-wave 60Hz operations with resistive or inductive loads.
