Product Overview
The HER501 thru HER508 series are high-efficiency rectifiers designed for high-speed switching applications, offering significant advantages in efficiency. These rectifiers feature low reverse leakage and high forward surge current capability, making them suitable for various power supply and rectification tasks. They are housed in a DO-201AD molded plastic body with plated axial leads, solderable per MIL-STD-750, Method 2026. The color band on the terminal indicates the cathode end. These rectifiers are guaranteed for high-temperature soldering at 260C for 10 seconds with a 0.375 (9.5mm) lead length under 5 lbs. (2.3kg) tension. The plastic package carries an Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0.
