The SF1008 and SF1008F are superfast recovery rectifiers designed for single-phase, half-wave, 60Hz applications with resistive or inductive loads. They offer a low forward voltage drop, high current capability, high reliability, and high surge current capability, making them suitable for various power supply and rectification circuits. These rectifiers feature an epitaxial construction and are guaranteed for high-temperature soldering.
