The M1 thru M7 series are general-purpose surface mount rectifiers designed for a wide range of reverse voltages from 50V to 1000V and a forward current of 1.0 Ampere. These rectifiers feature low reverse leakage, built-in strain relief for automated placement, and high forward surge current capability. They are ideal for surface mounted applications and are guaranteed for high-temperature soldering.
