Product Overview
The BZT52C2V0T - BZT52C36T series is a range of surface mount Zener diodes designed for general-purpose applications. These diodes feature a small, low-profile surface mount package with a flat lead design, enabling low profile and high power dissipation. They are entirely lead-free and fully RoHS compliant, as well as halogen and antimony-free, qualifying them as "Green" devices. The series is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability and is PPAP capable, making them suitable for automotive applications.
