The GBJ15005 - GBJ1510 series are 15A Glass Passivated Bridge Rectifiers from Diodes Incorporated, designed for high-reliability applications. Featuring glass passivated die construction and high case dielectric strength, these rectifiers offer low reverse leakage current and a surge overload rating to 240A peak. They are ideal for printed circuit board applications and are UL Listed.
