Diotec KBPC50 Series Single Phase Diode Bridge Rectifier

The Diotec KBPC50 Series is a range of single-phase diode bridge rectifiers designed for 50/60 Hz mains rectification and power supply applications. These rectifiers feature four diodes in a bridge configuration and are available with Fast-on terminals (FP) or wire terminals (WP). They offer high repetitive peak reverse voltage ratings of up to 1200 V and a maximum average forward rectified current of 50 A. The series is compliant with RoHS (exemption 7a), REACH, and Conflict Minerals regulations. Certain models are AEC-Q101 compliant or qualified for automotive applications.
