The BYG10D to BYG10Y series are Standard Avalanche SMD Rectifier Diodes designed for 50/60 Hz mains rectification, power supplies, and polarity protection in commercial and industrial applications. These diodes feature controlled avalanche characteristics, a high average forward current of 1.5 A, and a reverse avalanche breakdown voltage. They are compliant with RoHS (excl. 7a), REACH, and Conflict Minerals regulations. Optional AEC-Q101 compliant (-Q) or qualified (-AQ) versions are available for enhanced reliability.
