The SB820 to SB8100 series are Schottky Barrier Rectifier Diodes designed for output rectification in DC/DC converters, polarity protection, and as free-wheeling diodes. These diodes offer a low forward voltage drop and a high average forward current. They are compliant with RoHS (excl. 7a), REACH, and Conflict Minerals regulations. Available in commercial/industrial grade, with options for AEC-Q101 compliance (-Q suffix) or qualification (-AQ suffix).
