SBR1U400P1 1.0A SBR SURFACE MOUNT SUPER BARRIER RECTIFIER

The SBR1U400P1 is a 1.0A Surface Mount Super Barrier Rectifier featuring ultra-low forward voltage drop, low leakage current, and superior reverse avalanche capability. Its patented Super Barrier Rectifier Technology (SBR) and interlocking clip design provide high surge current capacity and excellent high temperature stability. This device offers soft, fast switching capability and operates at an extended junction temperature of +150C. It is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen/antimony free, making it a "Green" device.
