Its patented interlocking clip design ensures high surge current capacity, while the Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR) technology provides soft, fast switching. Designed for demanding applications, it operates up to a +150C junction temperature and is suitable for automotive applications requiring specific change control, being AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable.
