DDZ9678 - DDZ9717 Surface Mount Low Current Zener Diode
The DDZ9678 - DDZ9717 series are surface mount low current Zener diodes designed for 500mW power dissipation on a FR-4 PCB at TL = +75C. Specified at a low test current of 50A, these diodes are ideal for low bias and portable battery-powered applications. They are well-suited for automated assembly processes and are available in a lead-free, halogen- and antimony-free "Green" device configuration. Automotive-grade versions (DDZ9678Q - DDZ9717Q) are AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities.
