MURS120 1.0A SURFACE-MOUNT SUPER-FAST RECTIFIER

The MURS120 is a 1.0A surface-mount super-fast rectifier designed for high efficiency and automated assembly. It features glass passivated die construction and a super-fast recovery time. This device is ideally suited for applications requiring high surge overload ratings, up to 40A peak. It is also available in a lead-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen/antimony-free "Green" device configuration.
