The US2A thru US2M series are 2.0 Amp Ultra Fast Surface Mount Rectifiers designed for surface mounted applications. These rectifiers feature low reverse leakage, built-in strain relief, and easy pick-and-place handling. With ultrafast recovery times for high efficiency and a glass passivated junction chip, they are suitable for various industrial applications. The plastic package has an Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0. Both normal and Pb-free products are available.
