Product Overview
The DT12T High Temperature TRIACs are silicon bidirectional thyristors designed for general-purpose AC switch control. These 12A TRIACs offer high commutation performance without the need for a snubber circuit and can be controlled by phase angle trigger or on/off trigger. They are suitable for applications including motor, fan, and pump control, solenoid drivers, LED dimming, and inrush current limiting circuits. The devices feature a passivated die for reliability, three-quadrant triggering, and operation up to 150C. They are manufactured with a "Green" molding compound, UL flammability classification 94V-0, and are RoHS II 2015/863/EU compliant.
