The Diotec DB15 and DB25 series are three-phase diode bridge rectifiers designed for mains rectification and power supplies in commercial and industrial applications. These rectifiers feature six diodes in a bridge configuration, offering VRRM up to 1800 V and rectified output currents of 15 A (DB15) and 25 A (DB25) with appropriate cooling. They are equipped with fast-on terminals and an isolated aluminum baseplate, ensuring ease of assembly and efficient heat dissipation. Available with optional AEC-Q101 compliance for enhanced reliability.
