The DMP3160L is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high efficiency power management applications. It offers minimized on-state resistance (RDS(ON)) and superior switching performance, making it ideal for DC-DC converters and power management functions. This device features low gate threshold voltage, low input capacitance, fast switching speed, and low input/output leakage. It is also Totally Lead-Free, fully RoHS compliant, and a Halogen and Antimony Free Green Device.
