Product Overview
The DT12T High Temperature TRIACs are silicon bidirectional thyristors designed for general-purpose AC switch control. These TRIACs feature high commutation performance without the need for a snubber circuit and can be controlled by phase angle trigger or on/off trigger. They are suitable for controlling loads in motors, fans, and pumps, as well as for solenoid drivers, LED dimming, and inrush current limiting circuits. The devices are manufactured with passivated die for reliability and uniformity, offering three-quadrant triggering and operating at temperatures up to 150C. They are compliant with RoHS II 2015/863/EU and utilize a "Green" molding compound.
