The RM3 - RM3C series are silicon rectifier diodes designed for high-current applications, offering a PRV range from 400 to 1000 Volts and an Io of 2.5 Amperes. These diodes feature high current and surge current capabilities, high reliability, low reverse current, and a low forward voltage drop. They are Pb/RoHS Free and housed in a DO-201AD molded plastic case.
