Featuring a glass passivated junction chip, low reverse leakage, and high forward surge current capability, these diodes are ideal for printed circuit boards. Their plastic package carries an Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0, and they are designed for high temperature soldering up to 260 for 10 seconds at terminals.
