The HER201 THRU HER208 series are 2.0A axial lead high efficiency rectifiers designed for through-hole applications. They offer high current capability, ultrafast recovery time for enhanced efficiency, and high surge current capability. These devices feature a silicon rubber coating on the chip junction and are available in lead-free versions meeting RoHS requirements. An optional suffix "-H" indicates Halogen-free parts.
