Product Overview
The DFLS240L is a diode designed for various electrical applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 2.0V, maximum RMS voltage of 40V, and maximum DC blocking voltage of 28V. This diode can handle a maximum average forward rectified current of 40A at TL (as shown in fig.1) and a peak forward surge current of 8.3ms single half sine-wave superimposed on rated load. Its typical junction capacitance is 50pF (measured at 1MHz and applied reverse voltage of 4.0V D.C.). The operating junction temperature range is -55 to +150 °C, and the storage temperature range is -55 to +125 °C.
