The Fuxinsemi HER301G through HER308G series are 3.0A axial high efficiency rectifiers designed for high-speed switching applications. These rectifiers offer low reverse leakage, high forward surge current capability, and a glass-passivated junction for enhanced reliability. They are suitable for use in power supplies, inverters, and other general-purpose rectification applications requiring high efficiency and performance. The devices are housed in a JEDEC DO-201AD molded plastic body with plated axial leads, solderable per MIL-STD-750, Method 2026. They are rated for operating junction and storage temperatures from -55 to +150 C and can withstand high temperature soldering up to 260 C for 10 seconds.
