The SS52A THRU SS520A series are surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers designed for a wide range of applications. These rectifiers feature a metal silicon junction for majority carrier conduction, resulting in low power loss and high efficiency. They offer high forward surge current capability and are built with a molded plastic body that carries Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0. The devices are ideal for automated placement due to built-in strain relief and are compliant with RoHS 2.0. They are suitable for surface mounted applications requiring high temperature soldering.
