The 1SMA4728A THRU 1SMA4777A series are surface mount power voltage-regulating diodes designed for high-temperature soldering applications. They feature fast response times, excellent clamping capability, and a low profile package. These diodes are suitable for a wide range of voltage regulation applications from 3.3V to 300V.
