HBS602 THRU HBS610 6A SURFACE MOUNT GLASS PASSIVATED BRIDGE RECTIFIER
The HBS602 thru HBS610 series are surface mount bridge rectifiers featuring a small package ideal for printed circuit boards. They offer high forward current capability up to 6.0A, high surge current capability, high heat dissipation capability, and a low profile package with low forward voltage drop. The glass passivated chip junction and epoxy meet UL-94V-0 flammability rating. These rectifiers are suitable for single phase half-wave 60 Hz applications with resistive or inductive loads. For capacitive loads, current derating by 20% is recommended.
