Product Overview
The ULN2003 series are high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor arrays, each containing seven open-collector common-emitter pairs. These devices are designed to drive a wide range of loads including solenoids, relays, DC motors, LED displays, filament lamps, thermal print-heads, and high-power buffers. With 500-mA-rated collector current per output and 50V high-voltage outputs, they offer integrated output clamp diodes for inductive load driving. The inputs and outputs are pinned in opposition to simplify board layout, making them suitable for relay-driver applications and various other general-purpose driving tasks.
