Seven output transistor array HTC ULN2003AN designed for driving relays stepper motors lamps and displays
Product Overview
The ULN2003A and ULN2004A are monolithic high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor arrays. Each array consists of seven NPN Darlington pairs designed for switching inductive loads with integrated common-cathode clamp diodes. With a 500 mA rated collector current per output and 50 V output voltage, these devices are suitable for driving relays, stepper motors, DC brushed motors, lamps, displays, and logic buffers. Their input pins are positioned opposite the output pins for simplified PCB layout.
