The ULN2003 and ULN2004 are high voltage, high current Darlington arrays, each containing seven open-collector Darlington pairs with common emitters. These versatile devices are designed to drive a wide range of loads including solenoids, relays, DC motors, LED displays, filament lamps, thermal printheads, and high power buffers. With integrated suppression diodes for inductive load driving and inputs pinned opposite outputs for simplified board layout, they offer efficient and reliable performance. The ULN2003 is compatible with 5V TTL and CMOS logic, while the ULN2004 interfaces with 6-15V CMOS and PMOS logic.
