The IM241 Series CIPOS Micro Intelligent Power Module (IPM) is a 600V, 3-phase inverter designed for high-efficiency appliance motor drives such as fans and pumps. It offers options for fast speed (low loss) and slow speed (low EMI) operation. Key features include integrated gate drivers with bootstrap function, Reverse Conducting IGBT Gen 2 optimized for motor drives, temperature monitoring, accurate overcurrent shutdown (5%), fault reporting, advanced input filter with shoot-through protection, optimized dV/dt for loss/EMI trade-offs, and open-emitter for current sensing.
