Product Overview
The CIPOS IM564 product family (PFC-integrated IPM) integrates power and control components for inverter and single boost PFC stages, enhancing reliability, optimizing PCB size, and reducing system costs. Designed for controlling three-phase motors in variable speed drives, it is ideal for applications like air-conditioners and pumps. The package offers excellent thermal conduction, electrical isolation, reduced EMI, and overload protection. It features Infineons TRENCHSTOP IGBTs, anti-parallel diodes, an optimized SOI gate driver for the inverter stage, and a CoolMOS Power MOSFET with a rapid switching emitter controlled diode for the PFC stage.
