The MUR15H60L is a HYPERFAST RECTIFIER, FRED designed for ultrafast recovery times and low recovery loss. It features low forward voltage and low reverse leakage current. This device is specifically designed to improve the efficiency of PFC and output rectification stages of EV/HEV battery charging stations, booster stages of solar inverters, and UPS applications. It is perfectly matched to operate with MOSFETs or high-speed IGBTs.
