The BTA20 3Q TRIACs are 5-layer NPNPN structure devices featuring mesa glass passivated technology and multi-layer metal electrodes. Designed for high junction temperature and good commutation performance, these TRIACs offer high dV/dt and dI/dt capabilities with an insulating voltage of 2500V(RMS). They are ideal for applications such as heater control, mixers, and motor speed controllers.
