The SFF2004(85) is a Superfast Recovery Rectifier featuring an ultrafast 35 nanosecond recovery time, 150C operating junction temperature, and high temperature glass passivated junction. It offers low forward voltage, low leakage current, and reverse voltage to 400 Volts. Designed for high-temperature applications, it meets UL94 V0 standards and is available in Pb-Free packages. The epoxy molded case has corrosion-resistant and solderable leads.
