This Superfast Recovery Rectifier, specifically the MUR2040FCT, offers an ultrafast 35 nanosecond recovery time and a high operating junction temperature of 150C. It features a high temperature glass passivated junction, low forward voltage, and low leakage current, with reverse voltage capabilities up to 600 Volts. Designed for demanding applications, it is available in Pb-free packages and meets UL94 V0 standards. The rectifier is housed in a molded epoxy case and is shipped in plastic tubes.
