MBR3040 THRU MBR30200 Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters, freewheeling, and polarity protection applications. They feature a metal silicon junction for majority carrier conduction, resulting in low power loss and high efficiency. The plastic package has a UL 94V-0 flammability classification and is made from flame retardant epoxy molding compound. These rectifiers offer high current capability and are lead-free, complying with EU RoHS 2011/65/EU directives.
