Product Overview

The SFF1602 THRU SFF1606 series are Superfast Recovery Rectifiers designed for high-speed switching applications. They feature ultrafast 35 nanosecond recovery time, a 150C operating junction temperature, and high temperature glass passivated junctions. These rectifiers offer low forward voltage, low leakage current, and reverse voltage ratings up to 600 Volts. They are available in popular TO-220AB and ITO-220AB packages and meet UL94, V0 @ 1/8" flammability standards. Pb-Free packages are also available.
